Aerotel Madrid is located in the area before the security check in the Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport - Terminal 4 (outside airport restricted area).

Arrival and transit passengers: If you wish to access Aerotel Madrid, please note that the hotel is located landside in Terminal 4, Floor -1, which is outside the security area. You will need to exit the secure zone and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. From there, take the escalator or elevator down one level to reach Aerotel Madrid, situated between the metro station and car rental offices.

Please ensure you have the necessary visa or entry clearance to exit the transit area if required.

Departure passengers from city: Please note that airlines’ check in counters usually open 3 hours prior to flight departure unless otherwise advised by the airlines of which passengers must check directly with the airlines for confirmation. Do ensure you have sufficient time to utilise the hotel before reserving a room.
