General Regulations

According to airport regulations, Aerotel Singapore is currently only able to accept passengers flying on Singapore Airlines, Silk Air, and Scoot, as well as the following approved interlines* (both ways):

  • Air France/KLM – Garuda Indonesia, Air Niugini or Finnair
  • Air Niugini – Qatar Airways or Air France/KLM
  • Asiana Airlines - Singapore Airlines or Qatar Airways
  • Bangkok Airways - Qatar Airways, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Finnair, British Airways or Lufthansa/SWISS
  • Garuda Indonesia – Etihad, Air France, KLM or Qatar Airways
  • Gulf Air - Gulf Air
  • Jetstar Asia – Emirates, Air France/ KLM, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Jetstar Asia, Finnair, SWISS or Turkish Airlines
  • Qantas - Jetstar Asia, Jetstar International, Turkish Airlines,Air France KLM, Finnair, Emirates, Lufthansa German Airlines / Swiss International Airlines, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Fiji Airways, Bangkok Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Korean Air or Asiana Airlines
  • Qatar Airways - China Airlines
  • Singapore Airlines/SilkAir – Garuda Indonesia, Air France/KLM, Lufthansa/SWISS, Turkish Airlines or Air Niugini
 

Guests are required to wear mask at all times. As per local authority’s requirements, all guests are free to roam except CAT4 guest must remain in their rooms until 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.

*Interline travel refers to a journey consisting of at least two flights purchased on a single booking/itinerary (taking you from origin to destination via a connecting point, e.g. Auckland to Paris via Singapore) where flights are operated by different carriers (AKL > SIN operated by Carrier A; and SIN > CDG operated by Carrier B) and bear the respective operating carriers' flight codes.

Solo Room Bookings

Due to airport regulations, Solo Rooms may only be booked for up to 6 hours stay by travellers arriving from designated countries as listed below. Please refer to the government website for Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) and Travel and Health Control Measures before making a booking.
