Availability: Discounted room rates, including Smart Traveller rates, are limited. Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Aerotel in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/ Cancellation: Booking is non cancellable, modifiable or refundable. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be considered as no show and will be fully charged.

Variation and Termination: Aerotel shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Aerotel's decision shall be final and conclusive.  In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
