Validity: Offer is only valid for Aerotel Heathrow bookings made through myaerotel.com within the Promotion Period for the applicable Stay Period. The discount will be automatically applied to the booking. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Free room upgrade is not guaranteed, and subject to availability.

Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come first-served basis.

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Aerotel in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

Booking Modification/Cancellation: Booking is not cancellable, modifiable or refundable. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be considered as no show and will be fully charged.
