Validity: Offer is only valid via booking through https://www.myaerotel.com/en-uk/find/middle-east/saudi-arabia/jeddah/aerotel-jeddah within the promotion/booking period. The discount will be automatically applied to the booking. There is no limit to the number of bookings made; however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified. Offer is not valid with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions or vouchers.

Smart Traveller: Smart Traveller member will enjoy additional 5% discount.

Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come first-served basis.

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Aerotel Jeddah in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Booking/ payment received after check-in date/time or 30 November 2025 (GMT +3), whichever is earlier, shall not be entitled to the Discount.

Booking Modification/Cancellation: Non-cancellable and non-refundable after reservation made.

Variation and Termination: Aerotel Jeddah shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.

Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Aerotel Jeddah's decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
