Aerotel Singapore will transition to a new hotel operator with effect from 16 June 2026.

For guests with existing bookings for stays on or after 16 June 2026:

Your reservation will continue to be honoured, and relevant booking details will be transferred accordingly to facilitate your stay; and
You will receive an email notification* with further information regarding the transition, booking arrangements, and available support channels.

*For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), guests will receive updates via the respective booking platform or agency.

For stays up to 15 June 2026:

Aerotel Singapore will continue operating as usual, and existing bookings remain unaffected; and
New bookings may continue to be made through our website or via our Reservations Team at rsvn.sin@myaerotel.com.
