Named after the founder of Saudi Arabia, King Abdulaziz Al Saud, the airport serves most international travel and is the largest hub for Saudi Arabia's flag carrier Saudia. The airport provides facilities required for the service of pilgrims and those who visit the country to perform Umrah. It has three operational passenger terminals: the North Terminal, the Hajj Terminal, and the new Terminal 1, where Aerotel Jeddah is located.
