Shanghai Pudong International Airport

Shanghai Pudong International Airport is one of China’s busiest and most important air hubs, located about 30 kilometers east of downtown Shanghai. The airport features two main terminals (T1 and T2), with modern facilities, diverse dining and shopping options, and convenient transportation links.

Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 is a modern aviation hub, featuring 64 boarding gates capable of accommodating large aircraft such as the Airbus A380. With 128 jet bridges, it can simultaneously serve up to 80 aircraft and is equipped with 36 aprons, along with a 120-meter-high control tower outfitted with advanced navigation systems.

Inside the terminal, there is an aviation-themed museum and a Han Culture Park, offering passengers a chance to explore China's aviation history and cultural heritage while waiting for their flights.

The airport is conveniently connected to the city center via multiple transportation options, including Metro Line 2, Maglev High-Speed Train, airport shuttle buses, and taxis. Metro Line 2. runs directly to the city center, passing through Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. The Maglev High-Speed Train provide a fast connection to Longyang Road Station, where passengers can transfer to various subway lines.
