WHAT ARE YOUR CHILDREN'S RATES?

Solo/Solo Plus/Superior Single room types: One accompanying child below the age of 2 can stay at no additional charge when sharing existing bedding. Meals, if any, are not included for accompanying child and can be ordered at a charge where applicable. Aerotel is unable to accommodate any guest with child above the age of 2 in Solo/Solo Plus/Superior Single rooms. In the event the child is above the age of 2, guest may choose to book a higher room category that can accommodate children above the ages of 2 or pay the prevailing price difference on check in, subject to room availability.
Other room types: Accompanying children below the age 12 can stay at no extra cost when sharing existing bedding; up to 1 or 2 children per room where the room category, size and beddings permit.
Some room types can only accommodate 1 or 2 persons. Please refer to room descriptions for more details. For your convenience and comfort guest can also consider a family room or connecting room where available.
Children above the age of 12 will be charged the same as an adult and supplementary charges may apply.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. HOW DO I DO THAT AND WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

CAN CHILDREN CHECK IN TO A HOTEL?

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). Children below the age of 18 may stay alone in any hotel subject to local laws, approval of legal guardians who must authorized the stay along with the necessary document required to support the request. In some countries the legal age will vary. Please email the property for further information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED AND I MISS MY BOOKING?

Aerotel room bookings are based on the reserved check-in and check-out date/time as stated on the confirmation letter/email. Any stay extension/duration past the reserved check-out time is subject to availability and charges will apply. IS THERE COMPLIMENTARY MEAL INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Meals are not included with Aerotel bookings unless otherwise stated. Please visit our website or contact us via get in touch for further assistance.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?

Booking confirmation is dependent on the source of bookings. If you book via an Online Travel Agency then you should have a booking confirmation email. Similarly if you book via the website or hotel directly, a confirmation letter will be sent to you email. If you have any queries please contact us via get in touch.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards, cash and debit cards. Please email the property based on email address listed on each hotel webpage or factsheet, contact us via get in touch for a specific payment type query.

I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT AND I WANT TO MAKE AN AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION, WHAT DO I DO?

For bookings made via Travel Agency please contact the agent directly for assistance. The travel agent will advise you accordingly subject to the terms and conditions and if necessary contact us on your request. Charges may apply.

WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME?

Aerotel offers flexible booking hours which allows guest to check in at different times. Please always refer to the confirmation letter from Aerotel website, hotel or online travel agents for your exact check in and out time including total stay hours.

Early check in is subject to availability and guest are encouraged to advise hotel via the hotel email address on the webpage of any changes to your arrival time. Early arrivals prior to your booking time may be subject to charges and room availability.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Yes, you may extend your stay by approaching the hotel reception desk. Extension is subject to availability as well as prevailing rates and taxes.

Yes, we can take bookings by telephone or email us with your booking needs here.

I HAVE BOOKED A HOTEL BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Please click on get in touch and complete the form with your booking information. We will endeavor to respond to your email within 48 hours. For urgent assistance, please reach out to our Contact Centre by telephone and provide hotel name, guest name, arrival date and other pertinent information.
