Yes, you may redeem a lounge voucher and gift it to family or friends as an e-voucher. Each lounge access e-voucher is good for one visit for one person at the applicable participating lounge. E-vouchers will be sent to you via email with a QR code that you can share with family or friends - they just need to present the e-voucher at the relevant lounge for admission. The e-voucher can be used by non-Smart Traveller members as well. Use of e-voucher is subject to the Terms & Conditions stated on the voucher.

You can find your lounge access privileges and vouchers under “my wallet” on the bottom menu bar of the Smart Traveller app.

Rewards with a “Stopwatch” icon refer to products or vouchers that are available for Instant Redemption at certain locations/outlets. 

Click “Stopwatch” (Redeem Now) icon and present the QR Code at the participating outlets for on-the-spot redemption.
