Points will usually be credited within 14 days of your eligible visit/ transaction.
In some cases of lounge visits, the points would be credited within the same day (or immediately) if the member’s name on boarding pass is the same as the registered name on their Smart Traveller account.
For Aerotel room stay, the points of the eligible service will be credited within 14 days after check out.
Yes. ST Points are awarded for each eligible visit to Plaza Premium Lounges including accessing via credit cards, subject to Smart Traveller’s Terms and Conditions.
No. ST Points can only be awarded when you present your Smart Traveller membership card or quote your membership number at the time of your visit at participating Plaza Premium Group brands and locations.
No. Only eligible room bookings/ qualifying rates made through the Aerotel website (www.myaerotel.com), Contact Centre or directly with the hotel can earn points. Aerotels in China and Saudi Arabia are excluded from this points earning programme.
No.  Only the member who logged in and made the booking can earn points. If you and your friend wish to earn points, please create two separate paid room bookings.
Yes, if you are occupying one of the 3 rooms and all rooms are booked under your registered Smart Traveller member name. If you are not an occupant, you would not be able to earn points.
Only room charge can earn points. All other incidental charges do not qualify.
Points issuance is based on room charge spending, there is no minimum stay requirement.
Yes, if your booking was made directly with Aerotel, either through the Aerotel website (www.myaerotel.com), Contact Centre or Hotel Front Desk, and the name on the booking matches the name in your Smart Traveller account.
Member information (full name) must be the same as the name on the booking to qualify for point earning.
Bookings can be made through the Aerotel website (www.myaerotel.com). You may also book qualifying rates through our Contact Centre or directly with the hotel. Aerotels in China and Saudi Arabia are excluded from this points earning programme.
